Mahasamund. A case has been registered at the Patewa police station against the accused in connection with the assault on a man over a loan in the village of Gogal.
Tularam Dhritalhare told police that on October 23rd, at around 8 p.m., he was on his way to the store to buy household items. Rajesh Ghritalhare, a resident of the village, assaulted him and asked him when he would return the 1,000 rupees.
At that very moment, Vicky Ghritalhare, Krishna Ghritalhare, and Hemsingh Ghritalhare arrived and, in unison, assaulted Rajesh, asking why he was fighting. During the incident, the applicant’s wife, Tejbai Ghritalhare, and daughter, Pavitra Ghritalhare, who tried to intervene, were also assaulted and threatened with death. Based on the report, a case has been registered against the accused under sections 115(2), 296, 3(5), and 351(2) of the BNS and is under investigation.
