The legendary Royal Enfield Bullet has entered a new era with the launch of the Bullet 650 at EICMA 2025. Unveiled to mark the company’s 125th anniversary, the Bullet 650 represents the brand’s timeless heritage combined with a modern engineering approach. According to Royal Enfield, this new model will further strengthen the company’s global legacy as one of the most iconic motorcycle brands in the world.
Classic Design Meets Modern Touches
The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 carries the essence of the original Bullet while integrating modern features that enhance its appeal. The motorcycle comes with a tear-drop fuel tank adorned with hand-painted pinstripes, paying tribute to Royal Enfield’s traditional craftsmanship.
Adding to its refreshed look, the bike includes a new LED headlamp setup with pilot lamps, giving it a distinctive front fascia. The instrument cluster beautifully merges the old and the new with a semi-digital console, while wire-spoke wheels maintain that authentic vintage Royal Enfield charm.
Powertrain and Performance
Under the tank, the Royal Enfield Bullet 650 continues to use the tried-and-tested 648cc parallel-twin engine, producing 47 horsepower and 52.3 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox equipped with a slipper clutch, offering smooth gear shifts and improved ride quality.
The Bullet 650 is built on a steel tubular frame, providing excellent stability and durability. Suspension duties are handled by Showa components, ensuring superior comfort and control even on rough terrains. The bike rides on tube-type tires, balancing classic design with dependable performance.
Color Options and Global Availability
Royal Enfield is offering the Bullet 650 in two distinct color options:
- Cannon Black – A deep, bold finish for a strong road presence.
- Battleship Blue – A striking metallic tone available exclusively in international markets.
This color strategy highlights Royal Enfield’s intention to cater to both domestic and global enthusiasts with variations tailored to their preferences.
